ST. FRANCIS HOUSE
St. Francis house takes up the responsibility of conducting cultural programmes and sports in the campus. They take up the task of celebrating National and religious festivals with colour and fervour.
The year commenced with the celebration of Id-ul-fitr (Ramzan), the muslim brothers performed the Namaaz offered prayers and elaborated on the speciality of the day.
‘Bonalu’, reflecting the Telangana culture was celebrated by our annites in beautiful traditional attires. To commemorate the sacred sisters brother relationship, Raksha Bandhan. Independence Day was celebrated with a patriotic favour. Provincial Sr. Ignatius Suman hoisted the national flag followed by patriotic songs. Bathukamma was celebrated with great fervour, students and teachers actively participated. Krishnashtami was celebrated to recollect the deeds of Krishna. Diwali, the festival of lights brought into light the fact that it was not advisable to pollute the air already polluted by burning crackers. So each of them decided to donate the same money to bring a light in the poor and needy families.
Today we have gathered here to celebrate Kids Gala the overall kaleidoscopic event of the year, bringing together the overall colourfulness of the school.
All this celebrations could really become special just because our principal had presided every event joyfully. Our heartfelt thanks to our principal for the able guidance and valuable time spent.
